RIDGEFIELD, CT — Ridgefield is known for its expensive real estate. Some of the state's most expensive and vast homes are built in town, but a home with a truly unique feature recently went on the market.
390 W. Mountain Road in Ridgefield comes complete with an Olympic-sized luge track, the only private track of its kind in the world, his father Brett West told the New York Post. The track was built for training for 22-year-old Tucker West, who will compete with the USA Luge team at the Winter Olympics in South Korea in February.
The home is currently for sale at $3,500,000. It also has a pool, pool house, a tennis court, a croquet court and an area for a skating rink in the winter.
