Ridgefield Houses Sold: Ascot, Prospect, Round
Ridgefield saw three houses change hands in the last week valued at $480,000, $470,000 and $525,000.
The Ridgefield Town Clerk recorded the following property transfers in the last week.
Michael Egerman sold 52 Round Lake Road to Nicholas Skirkanich on Sept. 24 for $480,000. Volume 991, page 554.
Martin Doran sold 59 Prospect St. Unit 1-E to Theresa Conlon on Sept. 20 for $470,000. Volume 991, page 447.
Donald S. Teig and Joyce Teig sold 19 Ascot Way to Steve Foundoukis on Sept. 20 for $525,000. Volume 991, page 432.
