• Jody Lynn Carfi sold 61 Sound View Road to Christopher Coughlin on April 8 for $815,000. Volume 979, page 1,176.

• Dov Bloch and Lisa Bloch sold 70 Lee Road on April 5 to David Yagnesak for $642,000. Volume 979, page 1,136.

• Thomas Sturges Construction sold 385 West Mountain Road, lot 2, on April 5 to Dov Bloch and Lisa Bloch for $1,525,000. Volume 979, page 1,110.

• Ralph Perschino sold 113 West Lane on April 4 to Katherine Kelsey Hubbard for $950,000. Volume 979, page 1,055.

• Alvah Jessup sold 71 Shady Lane on April 3 to Sarah Lannon for $335,000. Volume 979, page 906.
