Ridgefield Police pulled over Troy Zaro, 46, of Holmes Avenue, Darien, at 8:30 a.m. Monday for a crosswalk violation. Police said Zaro was driving with a suspended license. He was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Nov. 22.
This information was released by the Ridgefield Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
