 Ridgefield Police pulled over a car on Main Street at 8:30 a.m. Monday for a crosswalk violation, and discovered the driver, Troy Zaro, 46, Holmes Avenue, Darien, was driving with a suspended license. Police released Zaro on a written promise to appear after charging him with driving with a suspended license and a crosswalk violation. He is scheduled to answer the charges in Danbury Superior Court on Nov. 22.
