Ridgefield Police charged Yung Park, 62, Ridgefield, with first-degree larceny on Jan. 8 on a warrant. The incident occurred on May 7, 2013. He was held on a $50,000 bond for arraignment on Jan. 9. Park's case was continued to Jan. 17.
