Ridgefield Police: Marijuana and a Pipe

Ridgefield police charged a Southbury man with smoking marijuanain in a pipe while sitting in the Ridgefield Playhouse parking lot Saturday evening. Police charged Kenneth Liljeback, 60, Old Field Road, with possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both infractions.
