Ridgefield Police pulled over a car at 9 p.m. Monday on Main Street and later charged the driver and a passenger with possession of marijuana. Police said they issued infractions to Kevin Baird, 18, Fairview Avenue, Ridgefield with an infraction for possession of marijuana. Police issued a ticket to his passenger, John Dumtce, 18, Farmingville Road, with the same ticket.Â
Ridgefield Police released this information. A person charged with an infraction is innocent until having been convicted in court.
