Ridgefield Police: Suspended

Ridgefield Police charged a Wilton woman with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry insurance and failure to grant the right of way in a crosswalk at about 12:15 p.m. Dec. 22. Police said Stephanie Shepherd, 19, was seen driving on Main Street when she failed to stop for a pedestrian in a sidwalk. She was given a misdemeanor summons with a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Jan. 6.
