Ridgefield Police charged Brandon Joiner, 27, Bradley Avenue, Waterbury, with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 6 p.m. Oct. 4. Joiner was released on a $50,000 bond for an appearance scheduled for Danbury Superior Court on Oc. 22.
