Danbury Police charged Patricia Emily Capozzoli, 22, Fern Hill Road, Ridgefield, with driving with a suspended license and following too closely at 12:10 p.m. Nov. 19. Capozzoli was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Dec. 2.
