Vehicular Roll-Over on Saw Mill in Ridgefield

A car travelling on Saw Mill Road went off the roadway while attempting to negotiate a curve, the vehicle then struck a rock and flipped onto its side, coming to a rest onto Saw Mill, according to incident reports from the . The accident occurred around 2:45 p.m. on July 20.

The driver, Olivia Prehodka, of North Street in Ridgefield, was transported to Danbury Hospitals for “observation of injuries sustained in the accident,” reports state. Police gave Prehodka a written warning for traveling too fast for conditions and her vehicle was towed due to extensive damage, reports state.
