Hugh Caldwell was appointed Commissioner at the Simsbury Fire District executive committee monthly meeting. John Smith stepped down after serving two three-year terms. “The District thanks John and welcomes Hugh as he joins the District team for a three-year term,” said District President Gary Wilcox.
