- Nicolas Alibrio, Evan Barker, Matthew and Stephen Hill, all of Simsbury, have been named to the Champlain College Dean's List for achieving a grade point average of 3.5 or higher in the fall 2019 semester.

- Cassidy E. Correll of West Simsbury was recently named to the highly selective Dean's List at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2019-20 academic year. Correll, a member of the Class of 2022, attended Simsbury High School and is the daughter of Daniel and Marjorie Correll of West Simsbury. Correll earned a semester grade point average of 3.75 or higher last fall to be included on Colby's Dean's List.
Hofstra University, Hempstead NY
- Hofstra University congratulates Sarah Poirot and Pardees Sakizadeh, both of Simsbury, who were named to the fall 2019 Dean's List for their outstanding academic achievement. Students must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 during the semester to make the Dean's List.

University of Scranton, Scranton PA
- Four Simsbury residents were among more than 1,600 students named to the University of Scranton's Dean's List for the 2019 fall semester. The Dean's List recognizes students for academic excellence. A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours during the semester to make the Dean's List. Local honorees are Zachary W. LePage, a sophomore forensic chemistry major in the University's College of Arts and Sciences; Timothy J. Cody, a junior biology major in the University's College of Arts and Sciences; Miranda R. Livingston, a junior international studies major in the University's College of Arts and Sciences; and Kaitlyn L. Kruszewski, a freshman finance major in the University's Kania School of Management.
