Celebrate Galentine's Day with Your Favorite Gal Pals

The Thursday before Valentine’s Day is perfect for a girls’ night out! On Thursday, February 13, from 7:00-8:30 pm, the Storyteller’s Cottage will host a “Galentine’s” Pink Paris Party. This utterly feminine Pink Paris Party will feature:

• Delicious Desserts: Guests will enjoy macarons and champagne flutes of pink lemonade.
• Literary Romance: Guests will make jewelry and bunting with pages from old books.
• Famous Flea Market: Guests should bring gently-used purses for a purse-swap.
• Whimsical L’amour: Guests will write romantic poems using a fun poetry generator.
• Fancy Fashion: The Storyteller’s Cottage will provide black berets, pink feather boas, and chic black sunglasses to go with guests’ fun photo booth outfits.

The Storyteller’s Cottage is located in a vintage Victorian house in the center of historic Simsbury, CT, and hosts all manner of immersive literary events throughout the year, including Agatha Christie inspired live murder mystery parties, Great Gatsby themed Jazz Supper Clubs, fascinating close-up illusions at Fine Parlor Magic nights, a Literary Dinner Party series on select evenings at midnight, and more.
