Classical in the Afternoon, Girls Learn to Skate and Class of 1993 Reunites

Good morning Simsbury. It's the week of Oct. 7 to 12, 2013. Here are a few things to do in between work, family responsibilities and leaf peeping. 

1. It's classical music at the library Monday afternoon at 1 p.m. with Cuatro Puntos Chamber Music Collective The program is free but call 860-658-7663 to ensure a reserved seat is still available. 

2. The Simsbury Camera Club presents a Photoshop Elements 11 Seminar Monday night. See details here. 

3. Ct. Elite Baseball Academy's speed and agility clinic for all athletes in any sport begins tonight. See details here. 

4. McLean offers a lecture on a caregiver's stress Wednesday night at 6 p.m. 

5. There are at least two hockey programs for girls next weekend. Northern Lights offers a Learn-to-Skate program at 12:45 p.m. Saturday and Connecticut Girls Hockey League invites girls of any experience level to a free clinic Sunday at 11:45 a.m.

6. The SHS Class of 1993 will host its 20-year reunion Saturday night.
