Day Trips: 10 Connecticut Marvels That Must Be Seen to Be Believed
The recreation website OnlyInYourState.com has selected 10 unique spots in the Nutmeg State that are prime exploration destinations.
Summertime in Connecticut is ripe with possibilities for day trips, and the recreation-based website OnlyInYourState.com has published a list of 10 "marvels that must be seen to be believed."
In compiling the list, author Taylor Ellis wrote, "Whether they’re nature produced or man made, some places are just so unique that you have to stop and stare."
Given the small geographic size of Connecticut, any of these places may be reached in less than two hours from anywhere else in the state.
