Hour-By-Hour Connecticut Snow Forecast
The latest details on how much snow is coming Saturday and when to expect the worst of it.

Snow has begun to fall in the western part of Connecticut and by around 10 a.m. most of the state will see light snow falling. This will not be a big deal snowstorm. The southern part of Connecticut is looking at 1 to 3 inches of snow, while Hartford and Tolland counties may only see up to one inch of snow today.
However, because of the extreme cold, any snow that falls will stick and cause slippery travel conditions today.
A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued for all of southern Connecticut. The Weather Service says, "1 to 2 inches of snow is expected today, highest south and east, making for slippery travel conditions.

"Windchills as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero are likely New Year Eve Night into New Year Day morning, and possibly also for Monday Night into Tuesday morning."
No advisories have been issued for Hartford and Tolland counties but they too will see some light snow today.
