The Write On! program helps individuals living with trauma or a mental health issue learn how to use writing as a way to heal. The workshop is designed for adults (age 30+) who are looking for a safe space for inner exploration in a welcoming environment. The class includes writing tips, feedback on written work, assignments outside of class, and sharing work when writers are ready. Members of Hartford’s SeaTea Improv Team will also join the class for one session to provide tips on presentation skills.
