Photo of Car Burglary Suspect Released By Simsbury Police

Several vehicles were entered, with items taken and two vehicles stolen, according to police.

SIMSBURY, CT — Simsbury police have released a picture of a suspect caught on surveillance video entering a vehicle in the early morning hours Wednesday.

Residents in the northern part of the Firetown Road area and Fawnbrook Lane experienced several vehicles being entered, with items taken and two vehicles stolen. All of the involved vehicles were left unlocked and the two stolen vehicles had keys left inside them, police said.

One of the stolen vehicles has been recovered and evidence is currently being processed by the State Forensics Laboratory, police said.
