Popover Bistro & Bakery Celebrates Five Years

From Popover Bistro: Popover Bistro & Bakery in Simsbury, CT is celebrating their 5 Year Anniversary on June 6th and will host festivities all day for guests. On Thursday, June 6th from 7AM to 6PM guests can enjoy complimentary samples of smoothies and free popovers all day (1 per customer).

Started in the summer of 2014, Popover Bistro & Bakery specializes in creating delectable, freshly-baked popovers which can be served alone or loaded with scrambled eggs and farm-fresh ingredients. Popover was created to fill a growing need in the community for natural food that tasted good while also being good for you. Honing in on the rising rates of food-allergies and food sensitivities, Popover works to source local, healthy, organic ingredients whenever possible, in an effort to create delicious, healthy food that can be consumed by all. This labor of love also ensures that those food choices don’t leave flavor and fun behind.

Five years after opening this popular eatery in Simsbury, Popover continues to offer delicious healthy food choices that cater to even the most discerning of palettes with a menu that includes gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Popover is a labor of love created by female friends and entrepreneurs, Pam Paydos, Sara Allan, and Shannon McHale.
