Denis M. Doyon, 44, no address listed, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, second-degree unlawful restraint and interfering with an officer, 1:42 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 21

Jacob Lauben, 23, of 92 Laurel Ln., Simsbury, was charged with risk of injury to a child (two counts), reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, operating under suspension, traveling unreasonably fast and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 9:58 p.m.

Sunday, Feb. 23

Spencer G. Ives, 21, of 4 Case Cir., West Simsbury, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to display plates/inserts and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 4:06 a.m.
