Nicholas Sibley, 38, of 1 Quad Hill, Weatogue, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 9:49 p.m.

Monday, March 30

Rimgaile Kubiliute, 28, of 17-B Greenbriar Dr., Farmington, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane, 4:49 p.m.
