Simsbury Budget Referendum Set For Tuesday, May 4

Voting hours are from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the public library.

The annual budget referendum will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Simsbury Public Library (725 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT). The ballot will include questions regarding the Board of Selectmen and Board of Education operating budgets, capital budgets, and special revenue fund budgets.

The ballot will also include a question on the proposed purchase of the Meadowood property, which was sent to referendum following a citizen petition process and special Town Meeting pursuant to Sections 406 and 409 of the Town Charter.
