Condolences to her family and friends.

Dorothy Ada Dillworth (Dottie), 79, died peacefully on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from complications from Alzheimer’s disease. She passed at the Saint Mary’s Nursing Home in West Hartford.

They started a family and moved to Simsbury in 1972 where Dottie embarked on a 30 year career with the Town of Simsbury.

A true “New England” Republican, Dottie’s passion for Simsbury extended to politics where she was very active in the local party. She always had a smile on her face and was always up for new adventures and experiences. A social setting gave Dottie life, her infectious spirit adding to the experience for everyone around her.
