Christopher M. Catalano, 27, of 100 Northampton Ln., Plainville, was charged with operating under the influence, improper rear/marker lamps and improper turns, 1:13 a.m.

Martin M. O'Neill, 58, of 132 Old Farms Rd., West Simsbury, was charged with evading responsibility, operating without a license and failure to yield right of way, 9:38 a.m.
