Mikhail Altshuler, 54, of 15 Teal Circle, Tariffville was charged with operating while under the influence, failure to drive right, evading responsibility
at 7:26 p.m. on Oct. 5, 2013. He is due in court Oct. 18, 2013.
Jason M. Rustico, 29, of 1 College Place, Wolcott was charged with operating with a registration or license that is suspended or revoked at 1:41 a.m. on Oct. 5, 2013. He is due in court Oct. 16, 2013.
