Simsbury Town Facilities Closed On Tuesday, Feb. 9, Due To Heavy Snow

Due to the expected heavy snowfall, all Town facilities will be closed on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. The Simsbury Public Library will not be open for its limited Tuesday walk-in hours, and staff from Town Hall, Eno Memorial Hall, the Library, and Culture, Parks and Recreation will be managing all operations remotely. Most municipal services are available by phone, email, and online. For information on accessing Town services remotely, click here.

A secured lockbox is located at the bottom of the steps at Town Hall for tax payments. No stamp is needed; if you would like a receipt, simply make note of this on the envelope. To make a tax payment online, click here.

As a reminder, parking on public roadways is prohibited any time snow operations are in progress. Residents are also reminded to keep garbage and recycling cans out of the road and in their driveways to ensure that snow plows have clear road access. In addition, in order to ensure that fire department personnel can respond in the event of an emergency, residents are asked to clear snow away from fire hydrants.
