A tree crashed into a Simsbury home during severe thunderstorms Wednesday.
SIMSBURY, CT — A tree crashed into a Simsbury home and into a baby crib during severe thunderstorms Wednesday, according to WTNH. The tree split the house in two and dumped insulation and tree branches onto a bed and into the baby crib.
No one was in the room at the time and no one was hurt. There were three children under the age five at the house when the tree fell.
The family is staying with relatives for the time being, according to WTNH.
