The exhibit, “Our Service In Vietnam: In Our Own Words” will feature a display of over 30 personal histories and photos of Vietnam veterans from Avon and surrounding towns. The public is invited to attend an Open House & Artifacts Display between 1:00 and 3:00 pm.

At 1:30 pm, Bill Newman of Post 3272 will introduce the vets whose personal histories are on exhibit.  Learn about the war from those who served by speaking with veterans and hearing their stories of courage & survival during wartime.  Personal artifacts from the war will be on display including uniforms, weapons, medals, maps and photos.
