How has COVID-19 impacted your life? This interactive workshop is for individuals who are trying to determine what is ‘normal’ during this time and what will be the new ‘normal’ once we feel safe.
Any type of change has 3 phases: An Ending, a Transition, and a New Beginning. For this workshop, we will concentrate on the New Beginning phase – transitioning from COVID-19.
