On Saturday, March 14, from 8:00-10:00pm, the Storyteller’s Cottage will host Who Killed Gatsby? A Live Murder Mystery. Period costume is encouraged but not required, and this event is BYOB. This live murder mystery takes place in the heart of the Roaring Twenties. Guests will stroll the house interviewing suspects, poking holes in alibis, and trying to solve the mystery of who killed the Great Gatsby. Guests who correctly guess the identity of the murderer at the end of the evening will win a prize!
There will also be a delicious dessert bar and some celebratory sparkling mocktails, which guests are welcome to add their own alcohol to. Food restrictions are cheerfully accommodated with advance notice.

The Storyteller’s Cottage is located in a vintage Victorian house in the center of historic Simsbury, CT, and hosts all manner of immersive literary events throughout the year, including Agatha Christie inspired live murder mystery parties, Great Gatsby themed Jazz Supper Clubs, fascinating close-up illusions at Fine Parlor Magic nights, a Literary Dinner Party series on select evenings at midnight, and more.
