Southington Planners to Hold Hearing on Proposed Home Subdivision
A public hearing is scheduled to review a developer's proposal to build a 72-home subdivision.
A public hearing is planned for next month on a developer’s plans to build a 72-home subdivision on Loper Street.
AA Denorfia Building & Development is seeking approval to build the subdivision on 44 acres, according to MyRecordJournal.com.
Southington planning officials say the proposed subdivision will need a special permit that would be used to determine the how the lots and open space will be designed, according to the report.
The Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled the public hearing for March 1.
