Donna Rae Henault Caporaso says she walks Stratford's Long Beach "pretty much every day."

And pretty much every day Caporaso says she sees a bounty of discarded balloons, at times as many as 30 a day.

So she has this simple message: "Enough already with the balloons. If you buy them, be responsible."
