Dog Thief Sought In Stratford: VIDEO
Police are asking for help with identifying the person who stole a family's dog from a front yard in Stratford.
STRATFORD, CT — Police are asking for help with identifying the suspect that stole a dog from a front yard in Stratford over the weekend.
“Simba,” a 1-year-old Cavapoo, was stolen from a front yard on McKinley Avenue near the dead end at about 1 p.m. on May 1.
Police shared video of the suspect on Friday night.

The suspect is wearing a blue hoodie with insignia in the upper middle back area, light colored pants, and dark shoes, according to police.
Police are asking anyone who lives in the area and has any video surveillance that shows the thief walking/getting into a vehicle to forward it to Pfressola@townofstratford.com.
