Evening Ultrasound School in Stratford Enrolling for March 15th

Balancing work, life and school can be a challenge. That's why AIHT Education is now offering on-campus evening training classes for all Ultrasound career programs: Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Cardiovascular Technologist and Vascular Technologist starting March 15th, 2021.

The Ultrasound programs are two years in length meeting during the week from 5 pm - 9 pm.
Ultrasound is one of the most commonly used form of diagnostic imaging. It helps doctors gain insights into the inner workings of the body, and is known for being, safe, radiation free, noninvasive and widely accessible.

The comprehensive training program at AIHT Education includes classroom instruction, hands-on training, and a clinical internship. The Ultrasound class will take place at the Stratford campus. The class sizes are small following CDC safety guidelines. The institute offers Financial Aid for those that qualify.

All the Ultrasound training starts with classes such as Anatomy & Physiology and Ultrasound Physics. The Diagnostic Medical Sonography program covers scanning modules in abdomen, vascular and Ob/gyn. The Cardiovascular Technologist program covers scanning modules in adult echo and vascular. Each Ultrasound program includes 800 hours of externship which will give students an opportunity to practice scanning in a hospital or clinic. Students learn job related situations and how to handle these situations while working under the supervision of a trained professional in the field.
