Latin Music Festival To Be Held Sunday In Stratford
The festival will feature Latin bands and more than 35 vendors.

Via the Town of Stratford: STRATFORD, CT — The Stratford Hispanic Heritage Committee and Celebrate Stratford enthusiastically announce the 14th annual Latin Music Festival, sponsored by Paradise Pizza. The popular event is scheduled for noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, with a rain date of Sept. 29. The event will take place on Stratford’s Paradise Green.
This celebration of Latin culture will showcase performances by notable Latin bands and professional folkloric dance groups. The festival will also feature more than 35 vendors, including food and beverage trucks, arts and crafts booths, and community organizations. Additionally, Radio Cumbre, 1450am, will be broadcasting live from the Paradise Green gazebo.
“It’s really a one-of-a-kind celebration of Stratford’s Hispanic culture,” said Stratford Mayor Laura R. Hoydick. “The Latin Music Festival is a unique opportunity for all Stratford residents to get involved with our towns’ Hispanic heritage. What better way to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month than with Latin music, dancing and food on our own beautiful Paradise Green? It promises to be a can’t-miss event.”
