Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Girl, 11, In Stratford: Police
The man is accused of sexually assaulting the girl during a Christmas gathering, according to police.
STRATFORD, CT — A Shelton man is accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl and giving her alcohol during a Christmas gathering at a home in Stratford, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports Nathan Legensky, 45, was arrested last week on a warrant after an investigation was launched when the victim’s father reported the assault on Dec. 28.
Legensky was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child. He was released after posting a $250,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 2, according to state judicial records.
