Man Convicted Of Sexually Assaulting Stratford Teen Arrested

The convicted sex offender is accused of violating probation for a second time, according to a report.

STRATFORD, CT — A man convicted of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old Stratford girl in the late 1990s is accused of violating his probation for a second time, according to the Connecticut Post.

The Post reports Ramon Barksdale, 50, was arrested after authorities said he violated his probation when they determined he was living with a woman and her teenaged son and didn’t register his address.

He was convicted in 2003 of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl he was hired to drive from a psychiatric hospital to her home in Stratford, according to the Post.
