Man Wanted On Multiple Arrest Warrants: Stratford Police

STRATFORD, CT — Police are asking for help with finding a man who is wanted on several arrest warrants.

Luis Garcia, 23, has four active arrest warrants in connection with domestic violence incidents in Stratford.

Anyone with information is asked to call the department’s TipLine at 203-375-8477 or use the Tip411 app.

All tips will remain anonymous, police said.

Police announced Monday that they were launching a new feature on social media, called “Most Wanted Mondays” where they highlight a person who has outstanding arrest warrants from the department.
