Mayor Harkins Welcomes Penmar Industries to Town
Holds ribbon-cutting ceremony for new business on Orlando Street.

Stratford  Mayor John A. Harkins welcomed another new business to town this week.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Wednesday, July 24, at Penmar Industries. The company moved to Ontario Street from Norwalk to expand their growing business.
Penmar Industries, a family-owned business, is a leading supplier of quality labels, tapes and packaging materials. For the past 42 years, Penmar has worked with corporations throughout the United States and internationally.
Penmar has more than a dozen employees and plans to hire more this year. Some of their clients include Tyco International, United Technologies Corporation, Otis Elevator, Mashantucket Pequot Tribal National (Foxwoods), AT&T and Ford Motor Company.
