Obituary: Cynthia M. Delos, 62, of Stratford

STRATFORD, CT - (From Adzima Funeral Home) Cynthia M. Delos, age 62, has entered eternal rest on June 5, 2021.

There are angels among us on earth. Our family was blessed with the purest of souls.

Her name is Cynthia Delos.

We may not speak of a career, scientific accomplishments or degrees, some of life’s milestones we may see of such importance.

We, her family near and far, can speak of love, the purest and truest of any.

We can speak of devotion and trust on levels way beyond words. Anyone in Cynthia’s path of life knows of these precious emotions, precious memories. Cindy loved with all of her heart. She brought us on a beautiful journey.

She loved music and dancing and had the rhythm of a professional dancer, never missing a beat! She made us all love to dance with her.

In her younger years, she loved the outdoors, parties and car rides to the beach. She had the smile that would light up a dark room! Cindy gave us so many of our own smiles.

She brightened many of our days. Cindy loved animals and various family pets. Never underestimate the capabilities of our earthly angels with special needs. They will make life richer than you could ever imagine.

Cynthia is predeceased by her beloved father, Alique Delos and her beloved mother, Rose Marie Arsenault Delos. They are lovingly reunited in Heaven as God has called her home.

Patricia Buonincontra has been caring for Cindy for many years, her acting Guardian of late. Trish went above and beyond to enhance Cindy’s quality of life and learning.

She has been a true blessing to Cindy.

Special thanks for loving care goes to Cindi Dickinson too, who has sacrificed much to help in Cindy’s care as well as the aides who worked in her home. Cindy is also survived by many family members who have played a special part in her life.

A memorial will take place at a later time which will be announced to family and friends. Thank you, sweet Cindy, for all the love you gave and making our lives so much happier.
