Obituary: Therese 'Teri' Krozser Sloditskie, 71
Teri was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Therese "Teri" Krozser Sloditskie, age 71 of Stratford, the beloved wife of Charles "Al" Sloditskie, passed away peacefully on Nov. 21, 2013 in her residence with her loving family by her side.
Therese, known to so many as “Teri” was born on Oct. 26, 1942 in Bridgeport to the late Therese Lazine.
Teri was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
In her earlier years, she was an employee of Sikorsky Aircraft where she met Al. She eventually left Sikorsky and started her own day care in her home where she helped raise many children along the years.
She loved spending time with her friends sewing, quilting and playing cards as well as watch various activities for her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her gigantic heart and love to make everyone welcome at the annual family picnic.
In addition to her cherished husband Al of 42 years, Therese is also survived by her loving son Michael Sloditskie of Shelton, daughter Tami Wresien and husband Matt of Hamden, seven grandchildren Amanda, Michael, Brooke, Maya, Megan, Jenna and Taylor and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at St. James Church, 2070 Main St., Stratford celebrated by Rev. Thomas Lynch. Entombment will follow in St. Michael's Mausoleum. Prior calling hours have been omitted.
In lieu of flowers, those who so desire may contribute in Therese's memory to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main St., Stratford.
