Parking Ban Issued In Stratford Ahead Of Expected Snow

Snow is anticipated mainly after 3 p.m. Saturday, with up to 4 inches possible.

STRATFORD, CT — With snow expected Saturday afternoon, Stratford has announced a parking ban in order to accommodate street clearing. Under the ban, parking is permitted on the even-numbered side of the road only, according to an email from the town. The ban is set to end 6 p.m. Sunday.

Snow is anticipated mainly after 3 p.m., with up to 4 inches possible, and is predicted to turn to rain later in the evening, according to the National Weather Service. The area is under a Winter Weather Advisory until 1 a.m. Sunday, as well as a Hazardous Weather Outlook.
