The Zoning Commission recently approved plans for a new coffee shop to be built as part of a new development in Stratford.
STRATFORD, CT — Plans are brewing for a new coffee shop to be built on Main Street in Stratford, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports the Zoning Commission unanimously approved plans that call for construction to begin this spring on a 2,500-square-foot coffee shop across from the northbound off ramp to Exit 53 of the Merritt Parkway.
While it wasn’t disclosed what coffee shop would be built, a representative for the property owner said it would be a nationally known anchor tenant that could attract other businesses, according to the Post.
