Severe Thunderstorm Warning Now Cancelled For Fairfield County
Strong storms are moving through the area now.

UPDATE: As of 4:40 p.m., the Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Fairfield County has been cancelled.
The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Fairfield County until 4:45 p.m.
In a statement the NWS says, "At 356 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over New Canaan, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines."
