Short Beach in Stratford Closed for Wednesday
Town officials announced that the beach is closed due to high bacterial counts.
STRATFORD, CT — Due to high bacterial counts, Stratford’s Short Beach is closed until Thursday, Aug. 4, according to town officials.
The results from the next round of sampling will be available by mid-afternoon and officials will then make a determination on when to re-open Short Beach.
