Sterling House Holiday Tree Sale Starts Saturday

STRATFORD, CT — Sterling House Community Center will kick off its holiday tree and wreath sale at noon on Saturday, which is also Shop Small Stratford Day. Anyone who buys a tree or wreath Saturday will receive a free pair of Sterling House sunglasses or a shopping bag. The sale is expected to continue for days, until all the trees are sold. The center is located at 2283 Main St.

The cost is $60 for large trees and $40 for small. Purchases are partially tax deductible. Wreaths cost $35 if decorated and $25 if undecorated. The proceeds will benefit Sterling House's social, educational and recreational programs.
