Stratford Announces Dates For Christmas Tree Collection
The town is offering recycling for holiday lights as well.
Via Mayor Laura Hoydick: STRATFORD, CT — Free collection of Christmas trees will start Monday, Jan. 6, and will last until Friday, Feb. 7. Residents should place discarded trees roadside or in the planting strip where they can be seen and easily collected. Additionally, the town is in its second year of recycling old holiday lights — just place them in the bin with regular recycling.
