Stratford Building Purchased By Norwalk Business
The building had previously been leased to North Country Boatworks.
STRATFORD, CT — A Norwalk electrical business recently bought an industrial building in Stratford.
O’Reilly Electric LLC purchased the 4,000-square-foot structure at 584 Surf Ave., commercial real estate services firm Vidal/Wettenstein LLC announced Thursday in a news release. The building sold for $380,000 and will be used to house the O’Reilly electrical contractor business. It had previously been leased to North Country Boatworks, which will be relocating to Milford.
O’Reilly Electric has been providing the area with electrical services since 2002.
